GCOLA’s leadership consists of  the Board of Directors and Advisory Members. The Board devotes their time and energy to developing and funding the programs to support our mission. Each one of the board members brings experience and expertise from their prior business careers and their work with other organizations. Our Advisory Members either chair a committee, provide legal counsel to GCOLA, or represent Cass and Crow Wing counties, the MN Department Natural Resources, and the US Army Corps Engineers.
