Loon Caution Sign Program:

With this program, our goal is to increase boater awareness of adults and chicks in “chick rearing areas”, and to increase caution in these areas. We need residents near these areas to post loon caution signs on their shorelines or the ends of their docks.  We particularly need signs near Point Narrows, entering Spider Lake, Roy Lake, and near chick rearing areas on Lake Margaret.  GCOLA will provide the signs at no cost to members and will assist with installation, if needed.

How to Get Involved:  To get involved with this program, please email us at info@gcola.org.
